On December 4-6, 2024, the largest labeling fair in Poland took place in facilities near Warsaw, providing a contracting platform for entrepreneurs operating in the sector. It was a time filled with networking, education and searching for new solutions tailored to the individual needs of each entity.

Thousands of visitors, hundreds of brands at Labeling-Tech Poland

The premiere edition of Labeling-Tech Poland in early December at Ptak Warsaw Expo was visited by more than four thousand guests from ten countries. During the three days of the event, they had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the offers of leading and valued exhibitors. They learned about innovations, tested new solutions and looked for options individually tailored to their needs.

Legislative changes, innovations, artificial intelligence. Education during Labeling-Tech Poland

During Labeling-Tech Poland, everyone interested could take part in the educational part of the event. During the conference “Innovative labels – trends and requirements of the present times”, the participants discussed, among others, legislative changes in the matter of packaging from the point of view of environmental protection. They also discussed challenges and barriers in the light of new legal requirements. A separate segment was dedicated to innovations. Experts talked about metallized foils in digital printing, order optimization in digital label production and the power of digital flexo.

In addition, during the panel “The role of artificial intelligence in the packaging and labeling industry” we learned about the impact of AI on the labeling industry.

During the premiere edition of the Labeling Tech trade fair, held at Ptak Warsaw Expo, the Trade Fair Medals Ceremony took place. The awards were granted by a jury consisting of representatives of Ptak Warsaw Expo and the National Chamber of Trade Fair (KIT). The awards, honouring innovation, product quality and fair presentations, were handed out personally by the President of KIT.

The winners of the Fair Medals in each category were:
– Epson – for innovation,
– ETISOFT – for an exceptional fair exhibition,
– Polski Drukarz Sp. z o.o. – ‘Świat Druku’ – for its contribution to the trade media,
– PARTEX LABELS (Krzysztof Ćwik) – for the best trade fair product,
– SAI S.C.. – for innovation,
– Labeltec – for the best trade fair product,
– UV PRINTER – for innovation,
– RMPAK – for the best trade fair product.

All of the awarded companies, with the exception of PARTEX LABELS, also gave video interviews in which they talked about their activities, achievements and impressions of their participation in the premiere Labeling Tech trade fair. It was a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and present the latest technological solutions in the labelling and packaging industry.

The Labeling Tech trade fair proved to be a platform for the exchange of knowledge and contacts, highlighting the importance of innovation and the highest standards in this rapidly growing industry.

The end of the year is approaching with great strides, but that does not mean that Ptak Warsaw Expo is slowing down the pace of business integration. On December 4-6, 2024, the premiere edition of Labeling-Tech Poland will take place near Warsaw.
